Twin Cities WiFi Business Center Puts the Interests of Guests First
Another project Titus Contracting completed in the Twin Cities area took place at a business with a very basic workout room. It didn’t seem the room was built specifically to house workout equipment, but inside, we found ellipticals, bikes, treadmills, and more. The owner of this commercial property wanted to convert the space into a WiFi business center, where those who needed to get work done would feel more at home. Here is the space as it looked previously.
The space after we came up with a design, started and completed the remodeling process is much more appealing.
The previous carpet was removed and a more classy green patterned carpet took its place. A center island was added so people could have something to sit their laptops on to complete work. Green seats were placed against the wall to accommodate other sitters, and a vending machine was given space so those working in the business center could grab a snack without having to leave. From start to finish, we accomplished what we had set out to do, and made our client happy in the process.
