The Location
Lake Place Apartments are luxury apartments and townhomes nestled in The Preserve of Eden Prairie along the shores of Neill Lake. The community takes pride in its immaculate grounds and fantastic service, and the apartments and townhomes are elegant and sophisticated. The apartments are conveniently located in proximity to large cities, making it easy for commuters.
Titus Contracting is working specifically on remodeling and renovating the apartments. The apartments were beautiful, but it was definitely time for an upgrade. The residents of these apartments will be able to enjoy an even better living experience once all the renovations are completed.

The Project
The work itself encompasses several major renovations and upgrades. Residents will recognize their apartment as the one they know and love, but with some serious updates. The Titus Contracting team is installing all new cabinets, countertops, mirrors and vanities. We will also be installing new doors, door hardware and trim throughout the apartments.
