Titus Contracting began renovating a space in St Paul for ALL, Inc. With approximately 2,300 square feet that needed some renovating TLC, we knew this would be an exciting job. And we were right!
The end result is the largest Sub-Zero and Wolf living kitchen display in the entire state of Minnesota. We stayed ahead of schedule throughout the entire project, and we are very pleased with the end result. But how did we get here? With a lot of hard work and elbow grease!
Not only that, we framed new walls and included new sheetrock and paint on them. These new walls help keep the room fluid and make moving around it much easier.
With the installation of a new HVAC system and ductwork, this means the showroom will stay comfortable no matter what the weather is like outside. And in order to help ALL Inc.’s new warehouse be more energy efficient, we installed a new electrical system for the refrigerator showroom displays. This helps a great deal since they will be running several different appliances at the same time.
From the ceiling to the floor, we renovated ALL Inc.’s new living kitchen display. There is new lighting, new ceiling tiles, new flooring, new walls, a new bathroom and conference room, new paint and more! The end result is a beautiful showroom that displays Sub-Zero and Wolf products at their best. The entire display is totally interactive, so customers can try before they buy and ask questions of ALL, Inc.’s staff as they are trying the appliances out.
