Titus Contracting has several home remodeling projects going on in Inver Grove Heights, and we’re excited to share some of the details with you!
For one of our new kitchen remodeling projects, we are installing all new cabinets; new granite countertops; new fixtures, appliances and lighting and a new tile backsplash, plus we are refinishing the hardwood floors. We are especially excited that we are incorporating new LED recessed lights, which will give them a longer life and will ensure the kitchen fits the new GREEN standards: these lightbulbs use only 10% of the power of standard incandescent light fixtures.
Another Inver Grove Heights kitchen remodeling project we’re working on features all new cabinets; new granite countertops; new fixtures, appliances and lighting, as well as a new tile backsplash. In this particular project, we removed 500 square feet of the old tile floor and we’re installing all new white oak rift and quarter sawn black stained flooring, plus a new patio door. One of the best new features of this kitchen is the use of new LED under-cabinet lights. Again, these have a longer life than regular bulbs and will make the kitchen fit into the new GREEN standard by using only 10% of the power of a standard lightbulb. Bonus: they are only about a quarter of an inch thick and only three quarters of an inch wide!
Last but not least, one more Inver Grove Heights kitchen remodeling project also features new cabinets; new granite countertops; new fixtures, appliances and lighting and a new tile backsplash. We are also installing new knock down ceilings, LVP flooring and trim. As with the other two projects, we are incorporating new LED recessed lights so the kitchen will fit into the new GREEN standard.
