Titus Contracting is really excited to share details about yet another project: apartment remodeling in St Paul! We were hired again by Bigos Management for an apartment remodeling job in Lilydale at The Riverwood! Bigos Management is one of the best apartment management companies in the Minneapolis/St Paul area.
We will be installing new six-panel white enamel doors with a state-of-the-art keyless Fob entry system on all of the unit entry doors. This is cutting-edge technology that will be sure to make residents feel more secure in their apartments.
Yet another part of this apartment remodeling project is updating the hardware in the common areas. The new hardware will have a lovely brushed nickel finish. With a total of 106 common area doors and 135 unit entries, this is definitely a large project, but it’s a project we are very happy to be part of! This gorgeous apartment complex is serene and peaceful and has lovely views of the Mississippi River, so we want to make sure the inside of this award-winning landscaped community is just as beautiful as the outside.
This apartment remodeling project started on Thursday, May 1, and we are on schedule and good to go! We are so excited to be part of this remodeling job, and we’re happy to be working with Bigo Management again on a job like this.
