Have you ever wanted to go behind the scenes of a commercial remodeling project? As you may know, we here at Titus Contracting just completed a large renovation project for ALL, Inc. The end results were an 1800-square-foot refrigerator room and a 2000-square-foot living kitchen area. We now have a video of the Sub-Zero and Wolf living kitchen renovations, and we want to share it with you!
With 14 different display areas, customers can get a hands-on experience with these appliances, so they can “try before they buy” and get their questions answered by ALL, Inc.’s expert staff members. Titus Contracting did many different renovations for this job, including new millwork, cabinets, tops and more. We also did plenty of painting and other finishing touches on the ceiling grids, tiles and more.
We are especially proud of this commercial renovation project, and not just because we were ahead of schedule during it! This was also a record-setting remodeling job, as it resulted in the largest Sub-Zero and Wolf living kitchen display in the entire state of Minnesota.
Here are a few of the improvements we made:
- Built a new fridge room
- Built new walls
- Remodeled a bathroom to make it ADA compliant
- Added LED track lighting
- Painted the ceiling with black dryfall paint
- Installed all-new electrical service dedicated to the space
- Installed a new rooftop heating and cooling unit
- Added new tile floors, cabinets, countertops, millwork and paint
