In little more than a week, we’ll all be celebrating Labor Day, thereby marking the end of summer.
We hope your summer has been great, and at Titus Contracting, we’re more than grateful to our loyal customers who gave us all the work we had. We’d also like to extend a special thank you to our staff and crew who managed our commercial remodels and who did an amazing job this season.
We know that things will only continue to go to up as Titus Contracting expands as a business. With that said, here’s a look back at this (almost) past summer:
A look back at summer projects
Community Center Exterior Renovation
A community center can act as the heart of a neighborhood. And we gave this heart some much-needed surgery. From the foundation up, Team Titus gave this new building a party room, office, fitness, pool area and much more.
Lake Nokomis Kitchen Remodel
This project was done at a home near Lake Nokomis in Southeast Minneapolis. The kitchen was small, but expanded to be more spacious by moving the walls. The final results were an open, kitchen layout with hardwood floors, new appliances, Cambria countertops, windows and much more.
‘Monster’ Minnetonka Pool Deck
Residents of one Minnetonka apartment complex have a beautiful new 2,000 square foot deck to hang by the complex’s pool on. The monster deck also features deck railings and stairway trim.
Minneapolis Apartment Complex Remodel
We undertook the remodeling of a party room in one popular Minneapolis-area apartment complex. The room got a newly designed lounge and kitchen layout with new lighting, flooring, cabinets and much more.
Lakeville Basement Refinishing
The Titus Contracting team handled a basement refinishing project in Lakeville MN, giving the space a classy new look, complete with wet bar, party area, home theater and more.
