For a space to feel like home, it should match your personality and lifestyle, right? That is what this St. Paul MN kitchen renovation showcases to a T. Scroll through to see how our residential design build team took this space from average to extraordinary with an updated kitchen design packed with color and storage.

Our clients love color and energetic spaces so that was a top priority for their new kitchen, along with accommodating their storage and space needs as chef’s. Their previous kitchen area did not maximize the functionality of the space at all. The main problems we created solutions for were taking the cabinets to the ceiling, reconfiguring the layout, updating the finishes while keeping the history of the home, and adding thoughtful mudroom and pantry storage.

Kitchen Remodel: From Cramped to Purposeful

The main difference in this before and after transformation is the new layout. The kitchen window was closed and relocated, an island was added, pantry shelving was built, and stylish finishes were incorporated in the cabinetry, tile from a local artist, countertops, appliances, and millwork.

Mudroom Storage Concealed with Cabinetry Design

Not many homeowners’ mudrooms are in their kitchen. But when it is, we get creative! Our interior design team designed these concealed cabinets to match the rest of the kitchen while maximizing storage space for household items.

Powder bathroom renovation off the kitchen? No problem!

To gain additional space in the kitchen, the powder bathroom shower was removed. The design of the powder bathroom flowed beautifully from the kitchen with the continuation of modern finishes and tile selections.
